About me
Alessandro Taini, professionally known as Talexi, is an Italian artist and art director born in Genoa. Renowned for his visionary work in the video game industry, he rose to prominence through his role as Art Director at the award-winning studio Ninja Theory, where he contributed to critically acclaimed titles including Heavenly Sword, Enslaved: Odyssey to the West, DmC: Devil May Cry, and Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice.
Beyond video games, Taini has left a strong mark as a freelance art director and concept artist in film and interactive media, and as a distinguished illustrator for bestselling fantasy novels—including cover artwork for titles such as Throne of Glass by Sarah J. Maas.
In 2020, he joined Nickelodeon as Art Director for the animated series Star Trek: Prodigy, a role that earned him an individual Emmy Award for Outstanding Production Design.
Before his current position, he worked as Principal Concept Artist at Naughty Dog, where he contributed to the development of their upcoming title Intergalactic.
Currently, Taini is serving as Production Designer at Sony Pictures Animation on the highly anticipated Ghostbusters animated TV series.
